Painting the Portrait in the Landscape
Virtual Workshop With Adam Clague
Outdoors, values and colors act in particular ways. If you don’t know what to look for, you won’t be able to capture the beautiful qualities of outdoor light.
This virtual workshop is a collection of hi-res video recordings of a prior in-person workshop. Through these videos, I’ll show you what to expect when painting models under sunlight and subtle overcast light. I’ll demonstrate how to paint form and color so the figures in your paintings look like a natural part of the scene. Let me help you add outdoor figures to your repertoire!
